I just want to say thank you for the excellent experience I had at your studio last night.

Gemma not only gave me the best massage I've ever had (and I've had a few) she filled the whole appointment with so many lovely extra touches (like giving me an eye mask and foot massage during my express pedi) that there's no way I will ever go anywhere else now.
I really felt as though she really cared about looking after me and making sure I had the best experience possible. All the other ladies were absolutely delightful too- offering me tea and smiles before my appointment.
It really was a stand-out experience so thank you Gemma and thank you Blossom.

I came into Blossom Beauty to get an eye lash tint and my free mini pedicure for my birthday.

I just wanted to send an email to congratulate Amba on great customer service. I too work in customer service and just thought that I would pass my compliment on as in the past I have had a customer request to speak to my manager to tell them that I gave great service.

Since then I have kept in mind that the next time I feel that I have been given great service that I would ‘pay it forward’ and do the same for them. Just wanted to let yourself and her know that her great service did not go unnoticed and that I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been using the Emu Oil balm now for the past three months to treat my sore neck and shoulder muscles. During that time
I have found the balm, combined with a 1/2 hour weekly massage at Blossom Beauty, has been effective in reducing the pain and tension in those muscles almost completely. The headaches I experienced on a weekly basis due to the sore, tense muscles have also lessened and are now a rare occurrence. I use a little of the balm once or twice a day and find it to be extremely soothing, especially if applied after a hot bath or shower.

Thank you to the girls at Blossom Beauty for your recommendation – it has literally changed my life!
